The Great Escape
The Great Escape

This piece shows a pair of hands forcing their way out of a yonic chest cavity, pushing past a feminine body that can no longer contain them. The obscured nipples, swollen fingers, and electric blue field signal the shedding of an old self and the emergence of something more honest, even if monstrous. Made after the end of a long-distance relationship, it explores sexual awakening, shame, and the uneasy freedom of questioning your own desire. By letting the grotesque disrupt the familiar, I express what it feels like to push against the limits of identity until something new breaks through.
