Vajanuary - Call for Art

Vajanuary is an annual group show dedicated to exploring the raw, complex, and expansive nature of the female experience.

This exhibition serves as a platform to center and honor all journeys, stories, and expressions of living as a womxn. We invite artists to share their perspectives on feminist embodiment, personal transformation, societal expectations, and the current political climate—along with its profound impact on our lives, rights, and everyday realities. Whether your work is a celebration, a critique, an inquiry, or an act of resistance, this is a space to make your voice heard.

Submission Guidelines

• Theme: Open to all interpretations of the female experience, women's journeys, feminist commentary, and political impact on womxn.

• Mediums: All 2D and 3D visual mediums welcome (painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, printmaking, fiber arts, digital art, etc.).

• Work in Progress: Concepts and in-progress pieces are accepted at the time of submission, provided you include clear representative images or detailed descriptions. Final work must be fully completed and ready for installation by December 31, 2026.
