Attempts to suppress or harm us only lead to womxn sprouting and flourishing!
I wanted to show the strength womxn have, in spite of the many ways men try to bury us. The metal lists various offenses against womxn, said by current political/powerful men. That is covered in dirt and seeds. The center shows a flower erupting from these words - eyes that are focused, unfaltering, strong. Stem is made of the names of womxn who are inspirations. Leaves are faces of those men who tried to bury us.
