Coming early 2026, The Bunker SLO is excited to introduce a new evening offering: The Undergrounds. Taking over the coffee shop four nights a week, The Undergrounds will serve espresso drinks featuring beans from our friends at Deltina Coffee Roasters, along with teas from Secrets of the Garden. Expect small bites, soups and curries, sweet treats, chill sounds, and a safe, welcoming place to hang out.

We’ll also host poetry readings, book clubs, open mic nights, bad art parties, and more. Created for the community, The Undergrounds is a radically inclusive space to gather, experience art of all kinds, and feed your soul.
