This painting represents my personal experience with PTSD brain injury, and genetic depression disorder. I have always loved art, making it and sharing it. Seeing art in all forms, music theater galleries and museums. I have studied art for years. I facilitated art groups sharing my skills at transitions, mental health Life House. Most recently facilitating art groups at NCI. I I have pursued painting because it’s fun. Art also builds resilience. I have developed problem, sewing prompts, collaboration, and awakens of reflective dialogue. That said, I hope your experience my presentation in your own way.
