“Creating with PRIDE”

Join us for a beginner clay workshop at The Bunker in San Luis Obispo! We will be making a Ceramic Tumbler and celebrating Pride Month! You will learn the basics of working with clay using the slab construction method and decorating using stamps, stencils, and glazes inspired all things Pride! Adriana Lemus will guide you through this intro to clay workshop! Ages 8 and up are welcome to join :)

The $75 fee includes cone 5 speckled clay, all materials and tools to use during the workshop, glaze and firing, instruction by an experienced ceramic artist, and your first beverage (for 21+)! Once your pottery is created, you will leave it with the instructors where they will take it back to their studio in San Luis Obispo to be fired, glazed (painted), and fired a second time. This process takes about 4-5 weeks. When complete, your piece will be brought back to The Bunker. to be picked up.
